Admittance Policies:

Code of Conduct:
We aim to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all guests. Any disruptive, dangerous, discriminatory, or disrespectful/harassing behavior will not be tolerated. Any guest found to be exhibiting said behavior whether it be for a typical screening or special event will be asked to leave the premises.

Age Restrictions:
All guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Rated R policy:
Any guest under the age of 6 will not be permitted to rated R films. Any guest above 6 but under 17 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years of age or older. All guests are subject to ID checks for rated R films.

Outside Food and Drink:
No outside food or drink allowed in the theater unless approved in advance by management in the case of a food allergy.

Skateboards:
No skateboards allowed on the premises. In the interest of safety for all guests skateboards are not allowed on the premises. Management/staff will not hold these items for guests and they will be asked to remove them from the building.

Smoking/Vaping:
No smoking or vaping allowed within the building.

Recording Devices:
No recording devices are allowed to be used on the premises.

 

Firearms
No firearms are allowed to be used on the premises. 

 

Refund Policy:

Refunds will be given up to 60 minutes before the start of the show. This can be done online if originally purchased online or in person. All in person purchases must be refunded in house. Refunds will be given onto the original form of payment. Guests must retain either paper or digital tickets to be granted a refund.
